Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team and take ownership of the company’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving our infrastructure and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations.

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar role;
• Administration-level knowledge of Windows, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), and macOS;
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Zyxel, and Ubiquiti network equipment;
• Experience working with email systems;
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python;
• Experience with Active Directory administration;
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Microsoft Entra ID;
• Experience configuring and maintaining Prometheus and Grafana monitoring systems;
• Experience with virtualization platforms, particularly Proxmox and VMware;
• English level: Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with corporate IT security solutions;
• Experience with IT infrastructure automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Support and modernize the company’s IT infrastructure;
• Manage and maintain Active Directory;
• Monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents using Prometheus and Grafana;
• Manage and control access to corporate and third-party services;
• Automate and optimize daily IT processes;
• Implement and maintain corporate security solutions;
• Maintain technical documentation;
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot employee equipment;
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
