Who we are

Our product is a unified cloud communications platform (Web, mobile app, and physical devices). Thanks to our full suite of APIs, you can seamlessly integrate its powerful capabilities. We have been developing a product for small and medium-sized businesses (both users and providers) in Europe for over 10 years, and continue to improve it.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal services (NetBox, Authentik, Zitadel, Wazuh, n8n) —
  upgrades, HA, backups, integrations, access management
• Maintain and improve existing IT infrastructure (hardware servers, network storages,
  virtualization platform, virtual machines, services)
• Bring infrastructure under configuration management and write the runbooks that go with
  it
• Maintain monitoring and alerting so that an alert means a real problem
• Participate in infrastructure technology discussions and decisions
• Participate in the shared on-call rotation

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux (Debian, RedHat/Rocky)
• Experience with HA systems
• Experience with automation/configuration management (like Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with proxies and connection pooling (Nginx, HAProxy, Keepalived,
  PgBouncer)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, libvirt, Proxmox VE, oVirt)
• Understanding of networking under Linux/GNU
• Security awareness
• Good communication skills, initiative, and ability to document and share knowledge
• At least B1 English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with file systems and network storages
• Hands-on experience operating PostgreSQL in an automated-failover cluster in production
• Understanding of cross-datacenter replication
• Experience with PostgreSQL backup and recovery, including PITR and real restores
• Experience maintaining internal service platforms (NetBox, Authentik, Zitadel, Wazuh,
  n8n)
• Experience with identity and directory services
• Experience with DNS
• Experience with monitoring and logging
• Experience with network dynamic routing protocols and MikroTik/RouterOS
• Experience with hardware servers
