Systems Administrator

Requirements:

— 2+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator.

— Solid administration skills in Debian/Ubuntu and Windows Server.

— Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Admin Center, Exchange Online, Entra ID).

— Experience with MDM platforms (Intune or analogs).

— Experience working with Proxmox or other hypervisor/virtualization systems.

— Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, and NAT.

— Experience configuring firewalls (iptables/nftables or hardware firewalls).

— Experience setting up and supporting VPN solutions (OpenVPN / IPsec).

— Good understanding of SSL/TLS and experience with certificate lifecycle management (Let’s Encrypt, deployment, renewal).

— Experience setting up monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or analogs).

— Attention to detail regarding access controls and a disciplined habit of documenting completed tasks.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

— Experience working with Cloudflare (DNS, proxy, security settings), Docker, GitLab.

— Experience working with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

— Administering Debian and Ubuntu Linux servers, as well as Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policies).

— Managing Microsoft 365: user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security configurations.

— Managing employee endpoints via MDM solutions (Intune or analogs): laptop and mobile enrollment, security policies, and software deployment.

— Maintaining Proxmox virtualization: creating and maintaining virtual machines, backups, and updates.

— Maintaining core networking infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

— Configuring and maintaining VPN tunnels for secure remote employee access and site-to-site connections (OpenVPN / IPsec).

— Managing company domain DNS records, issuing, and timely renewing SSL/TLS certificates.

— Setting up and scaling infrastructure monitoring, and performing incident response.

— Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure and processes.
