Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator who will efficiently support the company's IT infrastructure and partially perform network administrator functions.

This is a full-time position based in our Lviv office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

User technical support:

• Administration and support of macOS and Windows devices;
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on laptops/MacBooks;
• Setting up workstations and issuing equipment to new employees.

Network infrastructure administration:

• Configuration and support of Ubiquiti (UniFi) equipment — access points, switches, VLANs;
• Administration of Cisco network equipment;
• Ensuring stable operation of the local network and internet connection.

Device management systems administration:

• Working with ManageEngine, MDM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf — deployment, policy management, updates;
• Centralized management of the company's device fleet.

Monitoring and logging systems administration:

• Configuration and support of Zabbix, Wazuh;
• Log analysis, incident detection and response.

License management:

• Tracking, renewal, and control of software licenses.

Jira/Confluence administration:

• Managing users, access rights, projects, and workflows.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator;
• Advanced user and administration experience with Google Workspace, Slack;
• Experience with macOS and Windows devices;
• Experience with device management and administration systems (ManageEngine, MDM, Intune, Jamf);
• Skills in administering Jira/Confluence;
• Readiness for multitasking and ability to make quick decisions;
• Strong communication skills and a high level of self-organization;
• Understanding of basic information security and information hygiene standards;
• At least Intermediate level of English;
• Experience with network equipment: configuration, firmware upgrades/updates, understanding of DNS and DHCP server principles.

Nice to have:

• Experience administering monitoring/logging systems (Zabbix, Wazuh);
• Experience with license management;
• Skills with cloud platforms (AWS);
• Experience with Claude Code (MCP connectors, API).
