Systems Administrator

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
● Experience with Atlassian products, Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, and Replit
● Experience with monitoring systems
● Strong troubleshooting skills, including network and computer-related issues
● Experience with software installation and configuration
● Knowledge of system security, including intrusion detection and access controls
● Knowledge of data backup and recovery
● Intermediate English

Responsibilities:

● Manage network servers, systems, and technology tools
● Set up and manage user accounts and workstations
● Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to business
requirements
● Troubleshoot technical issues, network problems, and system outages
● Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
● Install, configure, and upgrade systems, software, and hardware
● Stay up to date with new technologies and system releases
● Develop expertise and provide training to employees on new technologies and tools
● Build and maintain an internal IT wiki with technical documentation, manuals,
troubleshooting guides, and IT policies
● Maintain and improve backup and recovery processes
● Support the company in maintaining a secure, stable, and efficient IT environment
