Systems Administrator

IT компанія WorkTime з офісами у Канаді и Києві, шукає до себе в команду Senior PHP Developer у Київський офіс (Ремоут не розглядаємо наразі). Сфера діяльності компанії — розробка та продаж власного моніторингового софту.

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled System Administrator / Engineer to manage our server infrastructure, handle release deployments, and solve complex technical issues for our clients. If you have solid experience with Windows Server, can read logs effortlessly, and enjoy diving into technical documentation for new integrations, we’d love to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Server Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain remote servers (Windows Server environments).

 • Deployment Management: Execute smooth releases, deployments, and updates across environments.

 • L3 Troubleshooting & Client Support: Analyze system and application logs to diagnose and resolve issues when our software fails to install or function correctly on the client’s end. 

 • Integrations & Technical Documentation: Review and analyze technical documentation (APIs, protocols) to integrate third-party services into our product and connect our solution into client ecosystems. 

Requirements:

 • Strong background in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, PowerShell, Apache,  network settings).

 • Hands-on experience with log analysis (Event Viewer, application log files) for effective root-cause troubleshooting.

 • Experience with application deployment processes and automation scripts. 

 • Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation (REST/SOAP APIs, Swagger, SDKs).

 • Solid problem-solving skills and a structured approach to technical issues.

Nice to Have:

 • Basic database knowledge (SQL) for running diagnostic queries.

 • Fluent technical English (B2+ level for reading and written communication).
