Our Perfect Match:
1️⃣ Hands-on & Leadership: Strong technical background (Java + Frontend) combined with team mentoring, code reviews, and building CI/CD processes.
2️⃣ Backend Core: Java Spring Boot, experience with Modular Monolith, message brokers (ActiveMQ), and caching (Redis).
3️⃣ Frontend Core: Hands-on development experience with React / Next.js.
4️⃣ Database & DevOps: Proficiency in MySQL query optimization and understanding deployments in Kubernetes.
5️⃣ Communication: English level Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
