Web / CMS Engineer

We're a conversion rate optimization (CRO) agency working with ecommerce brands on Shopify. As our client base grows, we're hiring multiple Shopify developers to join our team and build/implement Shopify stores from completed Figma designs.

You won't be designing — our team hands you a finished Figma file, and your job is to turn it into a pixel-perfect, fast, fully functional Shopify store.

What you'll do:

• Build Shopify themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS) from provided Figma designs — pixel-accurate implementation
• Set up product pages, collections, cart, checkout flow, and navigation to match the design
• Build custom sections/blocks (Online Store 2.0) so content stays easily editable for our team/clients
• Integrate relevant apps (reviews, upsells, bundles, email capture, etc.)
• Optimize for page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
• Test across devices/browsers and fix bugs pre-launch
• Work across multiple client projects at once, coordinating with our internal team

What we're looking for:

• Solid hands-on Shopify development experience — portfolio of live stores required
• Strong Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
• Proven ability to convert Figma designs into accurate, responsive Shopify builds
• Experience with Online Store 2.0 sections/blocks
• Comfortable managing multiple client projects/codebases at once
• Good communication and reliable delivery on timelines
• Bonus: Shopify API/app development experience
