Web / CMS Engineer

We are looking for a Shopware Developer to join a long-term project for a German client, building and maintaining a Shopware 6 online store. You'll build and maintain custom storefront features, plugins and integrations with third-party systems.

What you'll do:

- Develop and maintain custom Shopware plugins and themes

- Build integrations with ERP, PIM, payment and logistics providers

- Customize storefront templates using Twig

- Optimize store performance and checkout conversion

- Collaborate with the client's product and design team on new features

- Troubleshoot and fix production issues in live stores

Requirements:

- 3+ years of commercial PHP development experience

- Hands-on experience with Shopware 6 (plugin/theme development)

- Solid understanding of MySQL/MariaDB

- Experience with Twig templating

- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL API integrations

- English level C1, comfortable in daily communication with a German client

Nice to have:

- Experience with headless commerce setups

- Familiarity with Symfony
