Web / CMS Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Middle / Strong Middle GTM / Growth Web Developer who can help the company move fast with marketing websites, landing pages, CMS updates, experiments, tracking, integrations, and customer-facing web assets.
This role is a good fit for someone who combines strong frontend/web development skills with a business-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with marketing, product, design, and sales teams, and should be able to quickly turn ideas into polished, functional web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize marketing websites, landing pages, and customer-facing web pages
- Work with Webflow/Shopify/WooCommerce/WordPress, or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms
- Develop custom frontend components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Implement and maintain tracking, analytics, conversion events, and marketing pixels
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and tooling (VWO, Optimizely, or equivalent)
- Integrate forms, CRM tools, analytics tools, and third-party marketing platforms
- Improve website performance, responsiveness, SEO, accessibility, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and sales teams
- Translate vague business or marketing requirements into working technical solutions
- Support fast iterations for campaigns, product launches, and customer acquisition activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial web development experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
- Experience with React
- Experience with at least one CMS or website builder: Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
- Experience building landing pages, marketing websites, or conversion-focused web pages
- Ability to work with third-party integrations, forms, scripts, APIs, and marketing tools
- Understanding of web performance, SEO basics, and responsive design principles
- Experience with Figma and ability to implement designs accurately
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools
- Ability to work independently with unclear or changing requirements
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate+ English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar tracking tools
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Intercom, Typeform, Zapier, or similar tools
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, or early-stage startups
