We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Lead to drive the identification, design, and delivery of AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact. In this role, you will lead cross-functional AI teams, act as the bridge between business and technology stakeholders, and oversee the entire lifecycle of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives.
You will play a key role in transforming business challenges into innovative AI solutions, ensuring successful delivery while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Prioritize AI Opportunities
- Analyze business processes and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
- Build business cases and evaluate expected ROI, including efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality improvements.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
Lead AI Solution Delivery
- Coordinate and mentor AI/LLM engineers and other technical contributors.
- Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage project backlogs, delivery timelines, and key deliverables.
- Ensure successful execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs), MVPs, and production-ready solutions.
Design AI and LLM Solutions
- Define high-level solution architecture and integration approaches.
- Select appropriate AI models, LLM platforms, cloud services, and supporting technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.
Business and Stakeholder Management
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Present AI concepts, project progress, and solution outcomes to business stakeholders.
- Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an AI Tech Lead, AI Solution Owner, Senior AI Engineer, AI Architect, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI, Generative AI, RAG or LLM-based solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and API-based integrations.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain AI concepts, risks, and limitations to non-technical audiences.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience delivering AI projects within enterprise environments.
