Automation QA Engineer

Our Customer:

Our customer develops AI-powered voice and SaaS solutions that connect intelligent bots and agents with communication platforms. The engineering environment combines modern test automation technologies with AI-assisted development practices across cloud-based and on-premises solutions.

Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Python and Pytest.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools into daily testing and engineering activities.
• Design and apply AI-driven workflows and agents to support test development, analysis, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Collaborate with developers and other R&D team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain test automation infrastructure and frameworks.
• Perform manual testing when required and identify areas where testing can be effectively automated.
• Investigate test failures, analyze logs and system behavior, and distinguish between product-related and automation-related issues.
• Contribute to improving the reliability and effectiveness of automated testing processes.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Automation.
• Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Practical experience using AI as part of software development or testing workflows, including AI agents, AI-driven workflows, code generation, analysis, and automation.
• Ability to work effectively with AI tools through prompting, context management, validation of generated output, and iterative workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Pytest and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with UI and/or API test automation.
• Experience with Git and Linux.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with cloud technologies; Azure is preferred.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and research skills.
• Ability to understand complex systems and translate requirements into effective automated test coverage.
• Ability to learn independently and adopt new technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.

• Experience with Playwright.
• Knowledge of LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience with Voice Bots.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Kubernetes.
• Microservices architectures.
• SIP/VoIP.
• SaaS platforms.
• Experience testing AI-powered applications.

Working conditions:

• 5-day working week, 8-hour working day;
• Remote work.
