> full description
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to support and expand the E2E test automation framework for our CRM platform.
Our current test suite consists of ~230 E2E tests running in Jenkins CI with Allure reporting. The automation stack is built with Playwright, TypeScript, Page Object Model (POM), and custom fixtures.
In this role, you will develop new automated tests, maintain the existing framework, improve test stability, and leverage AI coding agents (such as Cursor or Claude Code) as your default daily workflow to achieve high speed and quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop new regression and smoke tests based on Jira requirements.
- Use AI coding agents daily to generate, refactor, and expand test coverage.
- Build and maintain the team's AI workflow (rules, prompts, reusable agent scripts).
- Maintain and enhance the E2E Playwright framework and Page Object architecture.
- Investigate and eliminate flaky tests without relying on waitForTimeout.
- Manage Jenkins pipelines and analyze test execution artifacts in Allure.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Requirements (Must Have)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI test automation (E2E).
- Strong TypeScript proficiency (Classes, Inheritance, Generics, Async/Await).
- Deep hands-on experience with Playwright (Projects, Fixtures, Storage State, Semantic Locators, Auto-waiting, Trace Viewer, UI mode).
- Practical AI-assisted development experience (daily workflow with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar; writing context/rule files; critical evaluation of AI output).
- Strong understanding of Page Object Model (POM).
- Experience with Allure reporting and CI/CD pipeline analysis.
- Proven ability to stabilize flaky tests cleanly.
Strong Plus / Nice to Have
- Experience testing CRM, FinTech, or B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with complex forms, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), permissions, and multi-tenant systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker Agents.
- Advanced AI tooling experience (Playwright MCP, custom agents, worktree scripts).
- Basic REST API knowledge, CDP (Chrome DevTools Protocol), authentication token helpers, or visual/accessibility testing.
