We are an AI company building technology that helps businesses in the architectural and construction industry automate and improve how they work with design documents. Our technology analyzes architectural plans and turns complex design information into actionable data, helping customers make their workflows faster and more efficient.

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our engineering team and work on backend systems supporting these AI-powered solutions. This role is a great fit for an engineer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, large language models, and production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI)
Work with prompt engineering and optimize LLM outputs for production use cases
Integrate AI models into scalable microservices architecture
Build and deploy solutions on AWS
Work with SQL databases, Redis, and Elasticsearch for data storage and processing
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of the system
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in commercial Python development
2+ years of experience with Flask
Hands-on experience working with LLMs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, or similar)
Experience with prompt engineering
Experience with AI/ML
Strong knowledge of SQL databases
Hands-on experience with Redis
Experience with AWS services
Experience with microservices architecture
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on core backend tasks, beyond AI-focused development
At least Upper-Intermediate English level
Experience with Elasticsearch will be a plus
