Join an engineering team developing a cutting-edge AI-powered platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver highly relevant, privacy-focused digital experiences through low-latency, real-time distributed systems.

As a Java Software Developer, you will contribute to building and enhancing low-latency, high-performance distributed systems that process millions of real-time requests. You’ll work within an autonomous Agile team on algorithm development, system optimization, and cloud-native services while collaborating closely with experienced engineers, data scientists, and product teams.

The project offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges in real-time bidding, high-QPS systems, NLP, machine learning infrastructure, big data, and global cloud platforms, using modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Experience building performance-critical backend applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with algorithms, optimization, and complex business logic.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Git.

Desirable requirements:

• FinTech / High-Frequency Trading (HFT) — low-latency pricing engines, order routing, risk models, trading platforms.
• Logistics & Supply Chain — route optimization, warehouse capacity planning, dynamic pricing, delivery optimization.
• Industrial Automation / Simulation — control systems, PID controllers, optimization algorithms.
• Game Backend Development — matchmaking algorithms, game economy balancing, reward systems, dynamic probability models.
• AdTech / RTB platforms — real-time bidding, auction algorithms, bidding optimization.

Functions:

• Design, implement, and optimize bidding strategies for high-performance systems.
• Analyze and improve existing algorithms to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Debug complex production issues and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop scalable, low-latency Java services and distributed applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
