Backend Engineer

Required skills:
• Go, microservice architecture, PostgreSQL, Kafka
• REST and gRPC, mTLS integrations
• Kubernetes and ArgoCD at a confident operational level
• Hands-on experience integrating with external and legacy systems (Core Banking Systems (ABS), document management systems, state/government services)

Project:
Digital Banking for Corporate Clients and Sole Proprietors.

• Domain: SME Lending: digital credit pipeline in mobile app and web environments
• Phase Goal: Close the loop on the end-to-end digital loan issuance process. Currently, clients apply and receive credit decisions directly in the app, but must visit a branch to sign credit and collateral agreements.
• Scope of Work: Integration of the signing process with the core accounting/ledger system — E-signing of consents by individual founders operating outside the bank’s client ecosystem — Development and design of the factoring process

• Methodology: SAFe, PI planning horizon (5 two-week iterations)

• Team: Distributed, working language — Russian
