Backend Engineer

We are looking for a smart person, who can join our clients team on outstaffing basis. The startup is from Israel and US, they are working in logistics domain.

This is a startup environment where your impact really matters.

The team is growing so the VP of engineering is looking for one more dev to join the team. He is looking for someone with good communication skills, team player, very confident with AI tools like Claude.

Requirements:
- Strong Python development skills
- SQL Postgres experience
- AI Claude development , with AI Agents

- AWS experience is a big plus
- English level Upper-intermediate (B2)
- at least 2 years of hands-on prior experience as Software engineer
