Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Middle .NET Developer with 2+ years of commercial experience to join our team and contribute to a long-term US-based project.

⚠️ This position requires working night shifts

Requirements

— 2+ years of commercial software development experience

— Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns

— Practical experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core

— Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases

— Experience writing unit and integration tests

— Understanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming (async/await)

— Familiarity with microservice architecture

— Experience working with REST APIs

— Understanding of Docker

— Understanding of WebSockets

— Experience with Git

— Experience integrating third-party APIs and external systems

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

— Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a distributed system environment

— Analyze application behavior, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

— Participate in support and maintenance activities for business-critical systems

— Develop and enhance existing functionality based on business requirements

— Implement software components according to design specifications

— Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and stakeholders

— Perform code reviews and contribute to overall code quality

— Participate in technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
