📲Project:

The logistic project dedicated to helping companies carry out goods worldwide, we create a system of managing container shipping by sea. A business-friendly digital freight forwarding service, together with the freedom and control of a user-friendly digital solution.

Type of cooperation: Part-time (20 hours/week). Full-time possible in a few months.

Team👨‍💻: 3 full-stack developers, 2 QA, UI/UX designer

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports.
• Optimize report performance and manage data refresh processes.
• Implement security and access controls, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and data engineers to deliver insights.
• Support the adoption of AI-driven analytics and data exploration capabilities.
• Provide report documentation, user support, and training.
• Follow BI best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🕹Tools we use: Azure, Git, Figma, AI-assisted dev tools (Claude Code, Etc).

🗞Our requirements to you:

• 5 years of experience working in a BI developer position;
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics capabilities, including one or more of the following: Microsoft Fabric AI features, Power BI Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, Predictive analytics and forecasting, Anomaly detection, Natural language querying (NLQ), AI-assisted insights and automated data analysis.
• Experience with Azure Data Services, Data Warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

🗞Nice to Have:

• Experience evaluating and switching BI tools based on business needs
• Background in logistics or SaaS B2B
• Python or dbt experience
