We believe that you have
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with exposure to AI/ML and/or document-extraction projects;
- Ability to explore business documents (text data), extract & transform the data independently;
- Experience validating LLM output — accuracy, integrity;
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail — percentages and dates tolerate no silent error;
- Ability to understand and break down complex tasks and challenges and convey them clearly to the team;
- Data visualization and the ability to present a finding to a non-technical stakeholder and defend it;
- At least Upper Intermediate English level;
- Advanced MS Excel;
- Agile mindset (flexibility, open to changes, focus on value);
- AI literacy (know AI limitations & use AI responsibly);
- You are an open-minded team-player and one of the key participants in the team building process.
Nice to have
- Exposure to legal, insurance or another document-heavy regulated domain — you do not need to know what an indemnification cap is, but you should want to;
- Experience with taxonomy or schema design: controlled vocabularies, enumerations, field typing;
- Experience with SQL, Python.
Your Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable requirements;
- Explore business data (document archive);
- Turn extracted contract data into validated, segmented benchmarks;
- Build and run the extraction QC loop — score model output, apply configuration fixes;
- Support taxonomy work with data: enum coverage, null rates;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and reporting improvements;
- Share analytical knowledge within the team.
Your opportunity:
- Flexible schedule;
- Horizontal management and direct communication with stakeholders;
- 20 days of paid vacation;
- Paid sick leave;
- Annual learning & development budget — we support your drive to keep growing;
- Remote work.
