DevOps Engineer

LITSLINK is expanding its DevOps Talent Pool and is looking for a skilled Middle DevOps Engineer to join us for upcoming international projects.

We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys building reliable infrastructure, automating processes, and working with modern cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with distributed engineering teams, help improve development workflows, and contribute to scalable, production-ready systems across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production environments.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to optimize development workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and DevOps best practices.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Participate in infrastructure planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Azure or GCP experience is also welcome).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or Go.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPN, load balancing, firewalls, and SSL/TLS.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Nginx or other reverse proxies.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, IAM, secrets management, and system hardening.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Istio, or other GitOps/service mesh solutions.
• Experience supporting microservices and high-load production environments.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other infrastructure components.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• Knowledge of container security and vulnerability management.
