DevOps Engineer

Group107 is looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join the team. You’ll own the build, automation, and reliability of cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud (OCI), working closely with the development and QA teams.

Hands-on Oracle Cloud (OCI) experience is a critical requirement. We’re considering candidates who already have practical, hands-on OCI experience. Without it, unfortunately, we won’t be able to move forward.

What you’ll do

• Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud (OCI) using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (automated testing, build, deployment)
• Operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes and Docker
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging to catch issues before users do
• Optimize infrastructure across cost, performance, and reliability
• Maintain documentation and propose improvements to deployment and operational processes

Must-have requirements

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience — critical (3+ years in cloud overall)
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
• Docker for containerization
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of GitOps / GitFlow and working with Git
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
• Linux administration and shell scripting

Nice to have

• Configuration management (Ansible)
• Python scripting for automation
• Experience with other clouds (AWS, Azure)
• Secrets management and security hardening
• Certification (e.g. OCI Architect Associate)
