DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a SRE / DevOps Engineer to support, automate, and scale cloud infrastructure for a large-scale IoT platform.

The role focuses on AWS infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containerized environments, and observability. You will help improve platform reliability, automate infrastructure and deployment processes, and ensure stable operation of production environments

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, preferably Jenkins and/or GitLab CI
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or Graylog
• Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, Aurora, ElastiCache, Route 53, WAF, and S3
• Familiarity with Vector or similar telemetry tools
• Familiarity with Java or TypeScript ecosystems
• Previous experience supporting IoT or other distributed platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure
• Develop and maintain modular Terraform configurations
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
• Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues
• Automate operational tasks using Bash and Python
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency

Availability expectations

• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of regular overlap with US Pacific Time for collaboration and meetings
• This is an office-based position, with mandatory attendance 5 days a week
