Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Azure cloud solutions, taking full ownership of project outcomes from concept to production.

DevOps & Infrastructure as Code: Build, maintain, and scale automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployments using Bicep, Azure DevOps, and modern git-based workflows.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a principal-level engineering guide, delegating technical tasks to junior team members, conducting thorough code reviews, and fostering engineering best practices.

Compliance & SDLC Execution: Design and enforce secure software development lifecycles (SDLC) tailored to the stringent security, governance, and audit requirements of a professional services environment.

Stakeholder & Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration: Work directly with senior stakeholders and technical counterparts across EMEA and US Eastern time zones, translating business requirements into robust architectural designs.

Job Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code: Extensive, hands-on experience using Bicep for provisioning and managing Azure infrastructure.

Domain Experience: Proven track record working within professional services, financial institutions, banking, or similarly regulated environments with strict governance and SDLC standards.

Seniority & Autonomy: Demonstrated background operating as a Principal/Lead Engineer with a proven ability to work independently, manage delivery risks, and drive technical decision-making.

Communication: Great written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex architecture concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Time Zone Flexibility: Based in the EMEA region, with willingness to adjust working hours to support key project partners in the US Eastern Time zone.
