ERP / CRM Engineer

We are looking for a Middle+/Senior Salesforce developer to join our team and work on complex Salesforce solutions across B2B Commerce, Order Management (OMS), Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), Agentforce, and Agentforce Consumer Goods (formerly Consumer Goods Cloud). Experience with at least one or two of these products is required, while experience with more is a strong advantage.

Requirements

· 5+ years of Salesforce experience

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow, security model and data modeling.

· Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and asynchronous processing.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, bulkification, performance optimization and security best practices.

· Experience with Git, CI/CD, deployments and automated testing.

· Hands-on experience with several of the following Salesforce products:

o B2B Commerce: catalogs, pricing, buyer management and order processes.

o Order Management (OMS): order lifecycle, fulfillment, inventory and returns.

o Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud): data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution and unified customer profiles.

o Agentforce: AI agents, actions, Prompt Builder and integration with Salesforce data.

o Agentforce Consumer Goods (formerly Consumer Goods Cloud): retail execution, trade promotions and field sales processes.

· Willingness to study Salesforce-provided learning materials and complete relevant Trailhead learning paths for any of the listed products they are not familiar with before starting the role.

· Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; good level of English.

Nice to have: relevant Salesforce certifications, MuleSoft, experience with enterprise-scale implementations and AI/GenAI solutions.
