Frontend Engineer

LITSLINK is looking for a Frontend Developer to build and evolve the company’s new marketing website from scratch.

We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys creating modern web experiences, pays attention to design details, and actively uses AI tools to accelerate development. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong frontend expertise with a modern AI-assisted workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Frontend Development experience.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience building modern marketing websites, landing pages, or corporate websites.
• Strong pixel-perfect and responsive implementation skills.
• Experience working with Figma designs.
• Experience creating animations and interactive user interfaces.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and frontend best practices.

AI Requirements (Must Have)

• Practical experience using Claude AI in daily development.
• Ability to build efficient AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience using Claude for:
  
  • component generation;
  • frontend implementation;
  • refactoring;
  • rapid prototyping;
  • debugging and optimization;
  • accelerating development processes.
• Understanding of modern AI-powered software development practices.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with Cursor.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with Windsurf.
• Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, or similar animation libraries.
• Experience working in agencies or product companies.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals for marketing websites.

Responsibilities

• Build a new company website from scratch using React and Next.js.
• Develop modern, responsive, and visually polished interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Maintain and continuously improve the marketing website.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and user experience.
