Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer (AI Evangelist) who is comfortable working in a fast-changing, multi-technology environment and uses AI-assisted development as an integral part of their everyday workflow.

Company Type: Product company.

Work Format: Hybrid model (3 days per week from our office in Warsaw).

The role involves working with PHP/WordPress, ReactJS, Python-based services, and third-party integrations. You should be comfortable moving between different technologies and codebases, quickly understanding unfamiliar systems, and making sound engineering decisions when working with AI-generated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance services built with PHP/WordPress, Python, and ReactJS
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot internal and external API integrations
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to turn Figma concepts into responsive, production-ready interfaces
• Take part in code reviews and assess the quality, correctness, and maintainability of AI-generated code

Hard Skills Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial software development experience within a product environment
• Regular, hands-on use of AI coding assistants, such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable open-source solutions
• Practical experience with context management and harness engineering
• Strong proficiency in at least one relevant technology stack, with PHP/WordPress preferred or Python; solid JavaScript/TypeScript experience is also suitable
• Understanding of RESTful services and API integration patterns
• Ability to quickly navigate and contribute to unfamiliar codebases and technologies
• Hands-on experience with data storage technologies, specifically MySQL and Redis

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ReactJS fundamentals, including Hooks and Higher-Order Components (HOCs)
• Experience with Next.js and an understanding of different rendering approaches, including CSR, SSR, and SSG
• Familiarity with TanStack Query, Storybook, Lodash, and AWS Cognito Authentication

Soft Skills Requirements

• Comfortable working outside familiar technical territory; willing to experiment, learn through iteration, and troubleshoot along the way
• Self-directed and autonomous, with the ability to investigate and solve problems without waiting for fully detailed specifications
• Strong async communication skills, including the ability to raise blockers early
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
