Now we’re expanding and welcome a talented Senior Full Stack Mobile Engineer to join our team.

We build in-house software to execute strategies across global digital asset exchanges. We operate as a small team where software engineering directly drives our operations and competitive edge.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Mobile Engineer to take ownership of our mobile initiatives and build internal tooling.

In this role, you will take ownership of two core mobile applications: a voice-driven conversational AI application and an event-driven news platform that enables real-time tracking and user alerts. Beyond mobile, you will design and build internal full-stack web applications, construct Python data pipelines and backend services, and execute ad-hoc tooling projects.

This is an autonomous role. We’re looking for an experienced engineer who can take a loosely defined problem, turn it into a practical technical solution, make architectural decisions, and drive implementation from idea to production with minimal oversight.

You should be comfortable owning the full lifecycle of mobile applications, designing systems from the ground up, and working across mobile, backend, web, and infrastructure when needed.

Responsibilities

Mobile Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of our iOS and Android applications — architecture, development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

System Design: Translate business needs and loosely defined requirements into practical technical solutions and design systems from the ground up.

Internal Web Tooling: Build and deploy custom end-to-end web tools and dashboards to support operations.

Automation & Pipelines: Build Python backend services, scripts, data pipelines, and automation to support internal operations and data flows.

Infrastructure: Set up and maintain the infrastructure needed to deploy and operate the products you build.

Rapid Prototyping: Scope and build MVPs and internal tools quickly, then improve them through iteration and real-world feedback.

Independent Execution: Take ownership of projects and drive them forward independently, from initial requirements and technical decisions through production delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical decisions clearly.

Requirements

Professional Experience: 7+ years of commercial software development experience.

Mobile Experience: Strong production experience with React Native and a proven track record of building, launching, and maintaining mobile applications on iOS and Android.

Full Product Lifecycle: Experience owning mobile products or significant initiatives from initial requirements and system design through deployment and production support.

Python Skills: Strong experience with Python for backend development, scripting, automation, and data handling. Experience with FastAPI is highly preferred.

Full Stack Capabilities: Strong experience with React and TypeScript and the ability to build end-to-end web applications when needed.

System Design: Strong system design and software architecture skills, including experience designing systems from the ground up.

Infrastructure: Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructure, deployments, containers, and production environments.

Self-Direction & Ownership: Ability to work effectively with ambiguous requirements, define scope, make technical decisions, and deliver strong results independently.

Startup Mindset: Comfortable moving quickly, making pragmatic trade-offs, shipping MVPs, and iterating rather than over-engineering solutions upfront.

AI Tool Proficiency: Active experience using AI coding assistants and workflows to write, debug, test, and document code efficiently.

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working hours

Flexible schedule with at least 4 hours of overlap with the team’s working hours (approximately 17:00–21:00 Kyiv time).
