Full Stack Engineer

We are helping our partners at Risklick, a Swiss tech company working in the pharmaceutical and clinical research field, to find a Full-Stack Developer for their product team.

Their main product, Protocol AI, is an AI-powered platform for working with clinical trial protocols and related documentation.
 

Responsibilities:

• Developing new features and improving existing functionality.
• Working on both backend and frontend parts of the product.
• Designing and implementing new modules and integrations.
• Working with databases and optimizing existing application logic.
• Participating in technical and architectural discussions.
• Working with documents and structured data.
• Collaborating with the product and engineering team in English.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial development experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Experience with Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Strong backend background and understanding of application architecture.
• Experience with full-stack product development.
• Good English for daily communication and technical discussions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.

A candidate who started as a Backend Developer and later moved into full-stack development would be a particularly good fit.
 

Nice to have:

• Experience in Pharma, MedTech, HealthTech, or clinical research.
• Experience with document-heavy products or document processing.
• Experience with AI development tools.
