Founding Software Engineer (Full-Stack, Frontend-heavy)
Fully Remote

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Software Engineer who wants real ownership from day one. You’ll work closely with the founding team, shape the product, and have a direct impact on both technical decisions and user experience.

This is a full-stack role with a strong frontend focus. Ideal for someone who enjoys moving fast, solving complex problems, and building products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core product features using Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python
• Own frontend architecture and deliver high-quality, performant user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with the team on product decisions and technical direction
• Move quickly, iterate based on feedback, and ship meaningful improvements
• Contribute to both frontend and backend as needed

Requirements

• Strong experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid full-stack skills (comfortable with Python on the backend)
• Proven experience building real products (not just features)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Nice to have

• Experience in early-stage startups or founding teams
• Strong product sense and attention to UX details
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and best practices
