IT Support Engineer

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support (2nd line), including hands-on experience in iGaming or on the game provider side — essential for understanding the specifics of the product.
- Proven experience resolving major and critical incidents independently.
- Confident SQL skills (queries for analysis and diagnostics).
- Experience communicating directly with clients via Jira or a similar ticketing system.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs and integration principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, Jira, Grafana, Cloudflare, PostgreSQL and PagerDuty.
- English — Intermediate+, written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
Support & Incident Management
- Handle tickets and technical incidents that require in-depth investigation.
- Reproduce, analyse and assess reported issues, resolving them independently or escalating to the relevant team.
- Process client incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
- Monitor SLA compliance for request and incident resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and share findings with the relevant stakeholders.
Integration & Configuration
- Provide technical support for integrations with clients and partners as needed.
- Configure product and platform settings according to client requirements.
- Write SQL queries and scripts for diagnostics and data verification.
- Participate in testing production fixes before they are released to clients.
- Build and maintain dashboards for monitoring customer activity and detecting errors.
Communication & Collaboration
- Work with the Delivery and Business teams to stay aligned on upcoming plans and support client onboarding according to agreed priorities.
- Partner with the Product, Release and Project Management teams on game implementation and release readiness.
- Participate in the PagerDuty on-call rotation.
