We are looking for a Video Surveillance Systems Engineer to join the Zolotyi Vik team.
Your main responsibilities
- Administration of video surveillance systems and video recorders (NVR/DVR).
- Configuration of IP cameras, network equipment, and video surveillance software.
- Monitoring system performance, responding promptly to incidents, and restoring system functionality.
- Technical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault resolution.
- Cooperation with service providers and contractors.
- Providing users with consultations and technical support related to the operation of video surveillance systems.
What we expect from you
- Experience working with video surveillance systems and video recorders (NVR/DVR) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of IP cameras, network equipment, and local area networks (TCP/IP).
- Understanding of switching and routing principles.
- Experience configuring and administering video surveillance software.
- Understanding of the design and operation of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, network infrastructure, and remote access solutions.
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and troubleshoot them promptly.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience working with equipment from leading video surveillance manufacturers such as Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, Uniview, or similar brands will be an advantage.
