QA Engineer

Binariks is looking for a Middle Strong QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join us in building a greenfield mental health platform focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based digital interventions and helping academic institutions provide effective support for students.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of both the student-facing mobile application (iOS and Android) and the web-based administrative console, combining manual testing with test automation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes
• Hands-on experience in test automation for web and mobile applications
• Experience setting up QA processes and test automation frameworks from scratch
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions, and AWS environments
• Experience using AI-powered tools for testing efficiency
• Experience in the Healthcare domain, with an understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of the student-facing mobile application (iOS and Android) built with React Native, as well as the web console
• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests for mobile and web applications
• Perform API testing of Node.js backend services, including server-side role-based access control (RBAC) and data isolation across universities (multi-tenancy)
• Conduct cross-browser testing of the web console, covering the current and previous browser versions
• Perform testing on real target devices before each release
• Test AI-powered features, including compliance with safety rules and proper escalation of potentially risky cases
• Validate integrations such as push notifications, SMS, email, and video delivery
• Run automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) across AWS environments
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, bug reports, and test traceability in Jira

• Experience with performance and load testing
