About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Trainee QA Engineer to join a team of enthusiasts to build successful AI-powered products.
You will:

• work as part of a cross-functional team — being a team player is a must for us;

Requirements:

• upper-intermediate spoken and written English;
• a completed QA course
• a solid understanding of testing methodologies and test design techniques, and their practical usage;
• experience in testing web applications;
• basic experience with API testing;
• basic experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB);
• ability to create clear and concise documentation, tailored to the project needs;
• pro-activeness and ability to make independent decisions;
• self-learning skills;
• will be a plus: experience working with Generative AI or in testing AI-powered applications; familiarity with Python, Java, or JS for basic test automation or scripting.
  

Responsibilities:

• plan, design & conduct functional and non-functional testing, analyze outcomes, and report results effectively;
• maintain comprehensive test documentation: create and update test plans, test cases, and other documentation to ensure a structured and traceable test process;
• as your expertise grows, automate testing where appropriate by leveraging existing automation tools, or by developing and maintaining automated test scripts;
• be a part of the team and company culture;
• collaborate with the BotsCrew QA team: provide knowledge-sharing and support to other QA team members.
