QA Engineer

We are opening applications for our QA Engineer Internship Program for those who want to start their career in Quality Assurance and develop practical skills in software testing, both manual and automated.

Through this program, you will learn testing fundamentals, explore modern QA tools and practices, and gain hands-on experience working with real-world testing scenarios under the guidance of experienced QA engineers.

We don’t expect you to know everything. We value curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn much more than experience with specific tools or technologies.

🧠 What we are looking for:

• completed QA courses or bootcamps;
• understanding of Manual QA fundamentals and testing processes;
• basic knowledge of SDLC and different testing types;
• understanding of test documentation (test cases, checklists, and bug reports);
• interest in Automation QA and modern testing tools;
• analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
• strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• responsibility and initiative;
• English level: B2;
• we are considering candidates based in Lviv.

Nice to Have:

• familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman;
• basic SQL knowledge for data validation;
• basic understanding of integration testing;
• knowledge of any programming language or automation testing tools;
• interest in using AI tools to support testing processes.

💡 What you will do:

• work on practical assignments and training projects;
• perform manual testing of web applications;
• create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation;
• perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing;
• analyze requirements and identify potential issues;
• identify, document, and track defects;
• learn to test APIs and third-party integrations;
• work with databases and practice basic data validation using SQL;
• collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members;
• participate in improving QA processes;
• explore automation testing concepts, tools, and frameworks, and gradually learn to create and maintain automated tests;
• explore how AI tools can support testing processes and improve QA productivity.

• Intro Interview — 30 min;
• Technical Interview — 45 min;
• Final Interview — 45 min.
