QA Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to take ownership of our quality strategy, processes, and testing across current products. You will have a strong influence on how we approach quality, automation, releases, and team development, with the opportunity to build and grow the QA function.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Lead testing of current products, including test planning, prioritization, and release management.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and quality metrics.
• Define and drive the overall QA strategy across products and teams.
• Lead test automation initiatives, including UI and API automation.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve continuous testing practices.
• Optimize testing workflows to reduce regression cycles and release time.
• Identify quality risks and proactively work with teams to address them.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and onboard new QA engineers, helping them grow their technical and professional skills.
• Participate in hiring and help shape and grow the QA team.
• Establish a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 4+ years of experience in QA, including 1–2+ years in a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing, hiring, and onboarding QA engineers.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing test automation strategies and working with automation tools.
• Solid experience with API testing, SQL, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA/project management tools.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and strategic responsibilities.
• A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership for product quality.
