Software Engineer

Quintagroup is looking for a Senior React / React Native Developer to join a long-term project for a US-based B2B SaaS product in the workforce health and injury-prevention domain.

Our client builds a platform used by large enterprise organizations to keep their people safe and healthy, combining expert training content, guided programs, and data analytics across web and mobile. You’ll be deeply integrated into a small, product-focused engineering team with real ownership over the frontend.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, and ship features in the React web application and shared component library
• Develop and maintain the React Native mobile application, including App Store / Google Play releases
• Own frontend build, deployment, and release processes using GitHub Actions and AWS
• Maintain authentication and account flows, including SSO integrations
• Participate in code reviews and maintain a high bar for quality, accessibility, and performance
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and propose technical approaches
• Write clear technical documentation and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs

TECH STACK:

TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js, AWS (S3, CloudFront), GitHub Actions, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Storybook, Playwright

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of professional software development in production, enterprise, or B2B environments
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Commercial experience with React Native, including app store releases
• Practical experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
• Experience with Next.js or another SSR React framework
• Experience working with a component library or design system
• Ability to own features end to end, from requirements to production support
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ / C1)
• At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (approx. until 21:00–22:00 Kyiv time)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, or Storybook
• Familiarity with Node.js and SQL
• Automated testing experience (e.g., Playwright)
• Experience in a small engineering team or early-stage company
