We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join an international technology company developing digital entertainment products, including Slots and Live Games.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who can work across game client development and scalable backend systems, drive architecture decisions, and act as a bridge between engineering, product, and game design teams.

What you will do:

Design and develop end-to-end game features across client and backend
Build scalable, modular backend systems supporting different game clients
Optimize both backend performance and client-side memory usage and FPS
Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and crash reporting across the full stack
Ensure secure client-server communication and contribute to anti-cheat and exploit prevention
Translate product and game design requirements into technical solutions
Drive architectural decisions and technical improvements
Mentor engineers and promote high-quality development practices
Manage technical debt, documentation, planning, and prioritization
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Game Designers, and engineering leadership

Requirements:

6+ years of software development experience
1+ year of leadership experience
Strong full-stack expertise across game client development and backend architecture
Experience designing scalable systems from the ground up
Strong understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and system architecture
Experience with mentoring engineers and leading projects through the full development lifecycle
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
iGaming / gambling experience will be a strong advantage
Experience with Python is a plus
