About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced C++ Engineer in Tbilisi (Georgia) to design and build high-performance software on Linux. You will be a key contributor to an advanced multi-disciplinary system that integrates AI modules, hardware interfaces, and sensor data — working at the intersection of performance engineering and cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop C++ services/libraries on Linux with a focus on performance and reliability
• Improve build speed and reproducibility
• Profile / optimize CPU, memory, I/O, and concurrency; debug multithreaded issues
• Write unit/integration tests; use sanitizers / static analysis
• Contribute to CI pipelines and developer tooling

Requirements:

• 4+ years of modern C++ (C++17/20), STL / templates, multithreading/synchronization
• Development of real-time systems involving both SW & HW
• 2+ years of Python development
• Strong Low-Level Programming and Debugging tools
• Software development practices: Git, code reviews, unit tests
• Experience in implementing Real-time Algorithms
• B.Sc / B.A - Computer Science or other relevant university degree
• Team player, with a proven record of developing deployment-level products

Nice to have:

• CUDA or OpenCL for GPU acceleration
• Experience with image processing
