Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a long-term project for one of our enterprise clients. You will work on building and scaling monitoring applications for critical energy infrastructure.

• Start Date: October 26, 2026

• Duration: ~1 year (until October 30, 2027)

   

  What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain core backend logic for energy monitoring applications (approx. 80% Python / 20% Java).
• Build high-performance REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI and Spring Boot (JDK 21+).
• Implement asynchronous event streams and data messaging workflows with Apache Kafka.
• Configure and deploy application manifests using Helm Charts and containerization tools.
• Collaborate actively in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban) to ensure stable delivery.

     What We Are Looking For

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in IT solution development.
• Python Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Kafka, and Helm Charts.
• Java Competency: solid background with Spring Boot, JDK 21+, and Maven.
• Proven experience working in Agile software development teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Upper-Intermediate+ English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• DevOps & Tooling: Kubernetes, Argo CD, Protobuf, Pydantic, Grafana.

Domain Experience: Background in the Energy sector, SCADA, PMU, Power Quality, or critical infrastructure systems.
