Backend Engineer
We are looking for a Sitecore / .NET Developer to join a project, a global professional association in IT governance, risk, audit, privacy, and cybersecurity.
The team works with US-based engineers on greenfield development and support of existing software products. The project ecosystem includes Sitecore and Kentico websites, Salesforce CRM and AMS, CMMI products, and Boomi API/SSO integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and .NET
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on Sitecore CMS
- Strong experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core and/or .NET Framework
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Redux, Angular, Vue, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other T-SQL-based databases
- Experience developing and supporting SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC practices, including code reviews, testing, build, and deployment processes
- Experience working in Agile teams and using Git
- Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and support Sitecore-based applications
- Design and implement backend functionality using C# and .NET
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations
- Participate in technical design and implementation decisions
- Troubleshoot and improve existing applications
- Review code and maintain development standards
- Collaborate with the US-based engineering team
