Systems Administrator

We have an office in Kyiv, and it’s important that the person is able to come in at least twice a month. The rest of the time, you can work remotely from Kyiv.

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team and be responsible for the stable operation and development of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will work with servers, networks, corporate services, security, monitoring, backups, and internal users.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Linux and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Configure and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and access rights.
• Manage corporate networks, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, VLAN, NAT, and routing.
• Administer Google Workspace, Jira, user accounts, groups, permissions, and corporate services.
• Manage Cloudflare DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, WAF, proxying, and basic network security settings.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability using Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Configure and maintain backup systems, monitor backup jobs, perform restore testing, and support disaster recovery processes.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, SSO, SAML/OAuth, MFA, LDAP/AD, and access management.
• Provide technical support for Windows/macOS workstations, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and conferencing equipment.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and user issues, prioritize incidents, and communicate with vendors and service providers.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using Bash and/or PowerShell.
• Maintain technical documentation, infrastructure descriptions, network diagrams, inventory, and access records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/Debian, CentOS/RHEL or equivalent).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VLAN, NAT, routing and VPN.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Jira.
• Experience with backup/recovery and basic disaster recovery practices.
• Hands-on experience with Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Cloudflare, DNS, SSL/TLS, CDN, WAF, and security rules.
• Understanding of IAM, SSO, SAML/OAuth, MFA and LDAP/AD.
• Experience with Bash and/or PowerShell scripting.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience with Docker / Docker Compose, AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with Zendesk, LiveChat, or similar support platforms.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other high-load environments.
