About the Company

We are an international FinTech / microfinance company operating in the South African market.

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain and support our office IT infrastructure and telephony systems.
 

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.
• Install and troubleshoot hardware drivers.
• Diagnose system issues and perform system recovery when necessary.
• Configure and maintain IP telephony systems.
• Provide technical support for office IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
   

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong skills in Windows installation, configuration, driver management, and system recovery.
• Hands-on experience configuring IP telephony systems.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language.
