Join us as an experienced Citrix Engineer and take ownership of troubleshooting and stabilizing a business-critical Citrix environment. You will work hands-on with complex infrastructure issues, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and Citrix Support to ensure a stable and reliable production environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the Citrix environment, including Cloud Connector, License Server, PVS, and VDA.
- Investigate session freezes, unregistered VDAs, connectivity issues, and other Citrix-related incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes to improve environment stability.
- Identify whether issues originate from Citrix or underlying infrastructure components, including network and DHCP.
- Support testing activities and ensure production readiness of implemented solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot dependencies between Citrix components and the broader infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal infrastructure teams, external partners, and Citrix Support on critical incidents.
Document findings, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures to support ongoing environment stability.
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting complex Citrix environments.
- Practical experience with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA), Cloud Connector, and License Server.
- Solid experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
- Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, including experience with production incidents.
- Good understanding of networking and infrastructure dependencies, including DHCP and related services.
- Ability to quickly understand an existing environment and independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience working with business-critical production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external support partners.
